CRASH ENERGY ABSORPTION WITH RECEIVER MOUNTED HITCH AND BUMPER
 The patented SUPERBUMPER™ has a unique rear–enhanced under-ride crash protection system that makes any vehicle with a receiver hitch more compatible with passenger cars. If a passenger car rear ends a vehicle equipped with a SUPERBUMPER™, the SUPERBUMPER™ is designed to absorb energy and make contact with the receiver hitch and frame rails in an effort to prevent the striking car from sliding beneath the higher-riding rear bumper of a truck or SUV. Upon impact the SUPERBUMPER™ compression system crushes to disperse crash energy. This helps reduce intrusion into the passenger compartment of the car and further reduce the risk of serious injury to the car’s occupants. The SUPERBUMPER™ also protects the struck vehicles occupants from whiplash and potential gas tank rupture and fuel system fire. This system allows each of the vehicles bumpers to engage and to share energy during a crash, instead of the smaller car absorbing the bulk of the crash energy and under-riding the larger vehicle. The SUPERBUMPER has one additional benefit – it will pull trailers up to 6,000 pounds – so you never have to remove it from your vehicle.
